What are mylar bags?

Mylar bags are durable, heat-sealable packaging made from a multi-layer barrier film. They are widely used for herbs, confectionery, accessories and small retail items, and ours have a resealable zip-lock.

Are your bags smell-proof?

Yes. The multi-layer barrier film is designed to contain odour and protect contents from moisture and air when the bag is fully sealed. For the best results, press the zip-lock closed along its full length.

Can I customise my bags or my order?

Yes. We offer custom printed mylar packaging made to your design. It suits chocolates, sweets, vapes, CBD and bags up to 1LB.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major debit cards, PayPal and secure online payments. If you order through WhatsApp, you can also pay by bank transfer.

Ordering and payment

Do you offer bulk discounts?

Yes. The more you buy, the lower the price per bag. Bulk orders start at 1,000 bags, and we also offer trade pricing and loyalty discounts. See the bulk and wholesale page or message us for a quote.

How do I re-order?

Message us on WhatsApp with the designs you want again and we will repeat your last order. You can also order again from the shop and leave a note in your order or email us any specific requests.

How long do the boxes of 5,000 bags take?

Boxes of 5,000 ship direct from our supplier. Standard delivery takes 6 to 12 weeks, or 4 to 6 weeks by air. The price includes fees and local customs.

Delivery and returns

How fast is UK shipping?

Orders are dispatched within 24 hours from our UK location. Free Royal Mail Tracked 48 is standard, so you can follow your parcel. For faster delivery, including weekends, choose Special Delivery by 1pm or DPD Express Tracked at checkout.

What happens if my order is lost?

If your parcel has not arrived after 14 days, get in touch and we will reship your order. For international orders please wait 4-6 weeks. This applies to all orders!

What is your return policy?

If your order is damaged or incorrect, we will exchange or refund it once we receive the returned parcel. The recipient has to cover postage costs, this can be avoided by refusing delivery at the door. Full details are in our terms and conditions.
